Staff is available to help with a variety of tech questions including: Learning to use Libby and/or Hoopla Accessing library databases and services Downloading and streaming content Navigating the City of Palo Alto Library website Downloading and using the new PACL app Wi-Fi connection Printing Creating an email account Basic computer skills Installing and using common apps And more…. * Unfortunately, helping you fix damaged hardware or software is not within our scope. Help is given on a first come, first served basis. Please bring any devices you use, make sure they are charged, and have your necessary passwords.
